Ekiti State Health Commissioner, Dr Mojisola Yaya-Kolade, said on Monday that some cabinet members in the state tested positive for COVID-19.
Yaya-Kolade, who did not disclose the number of the members or their identities, said, “Those who tested positive are at liberty to announce it on their own.”
This came after the State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi, on Wednesday last week tested positive and went into isolation following which his wife, Bisi; members of the State Executive Council and aides had to undergo COVID-19 tests.
