COVID-19: Pray for Fayemi, others’ quick recuperation – Bamidele tells Ekiti people
Bamidele said Fayemi must have contracted the lethal disease as a frontline combat while offering effective leadership and protection for the people of Ekiti State in the frontal fight against the spread of the Coronavirus.
Speaking with journalists when contacted via telephone conversation yesterday, Bamidele stated that the upsurge in the number of COVID-19 patients in Ekiti lent credence to the reality of the existence of the deadly scourge. “But for the decisive actions taken by Governor Fayemi and the COVID-19 task force, the number of victims in Ekiti would have increased geometrically and that is why we should all pray for the Governor’s quick recovery for him to return to his duty post”.
