Governor Francis Nwifuru of Ebonyi State urges Nigerians to trust President Bola Tinubu's leadership, emphasizing the positive impact of fuel subsidy removal.
Ebonyi State governor, Francis Nwifuru, has called on Nigeria ns to keep faith with the administration of President Bola Tinubu as he has set mechanisms in motion to take the country to her desired destination. Nwifuru made the call on Sunday during the Thanksgiving Holy Mass held in Government House, Abakaliki, as part of activities marking the 2024 Independence Anniversary.
The governor was optimistic that the hardship occasioned by the subsidy removal is temporary, saying “less than 6 months from now, fuel will be cheaper than what we have now.” Governor Nwifuru reiterated his determination to run an all-inclusive government in the state to ensure the temporary effects of subsidy removal are not felt. 'My wish is to make sure everybody is comfortable because we are equal before God Almighty,” he said.
