The case of a four-year-old pupil allegedly raped by the driver of a private school, Oluwatomisin Oyelakin, has been transferred to the Osun State High Court.
The accused, who is on bail; the mother of the victim; and the prosecutor, Sergeant Temitope Fatoba, were present in court.
She added that the state had taken over the matter from the police, adding that it had been transferred to the high court.Adekanmi explained that on the next adjourned date, the prosecution team would report back to the court on the process filed before the high court.
