Nigerian forward, Emmanuel Dennis, has emerged as a transfer target for Premier League side, Leeds United, in the summer transfer window, PUNCH Sports Extra reports.

The 25-year-old recently burst onto the scene in English football, having joined Watford in 2021 where he stayed for a season and scored 10 goals in 37 games in all competitions.

Watford were, however, relegated to the Championship, and promoted side Nottingham Forest swooped and signed the forward. However, it wasn’t a great season for the forward, as he only grabbed two goals in 25 games, most of them substitute appearances. According to The Athletic, it is highly likely Dennis will leave the Tricky Trees this summer, but not clear how much Forest would be asking for, but he is a player of interest to Leeds. All rights reserved.
