s made by parties in the matter.The Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, High Court has slated July 13 for ruling in the enforcement of a fundamental rights suit filed by Godwin Emefiele, the suspended Central Bank of Nigeria governor.
According to him, the charges levelled against Emefiele are state offences that the FCT High Court may consider. Counsel for the second and third respondents, I. Awo, informed the court that an order to detain the applicant was still in effect and urged the court to reject the application with costs.
