Recall that about two weeks ago, President Bola Tinubu suspended Emefiele from office as the apex banker and was subsequently arrested by the DSS.
He approached a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, through his lawyer, Chief Joesph Daudu, SAN, to secure an order to allow him access to his family members and lawyers, which the court granted last week.RELATED
