The number of confirmed cholera cases in the Federal Capital Territory has hit 1,000 as the number of deaths also increased to 69.
The Minister of State for the FCT, Aramark Tijani, last week disclosed that the FCT was experiencing a surge in cholera cases as death toll rose to 60 in 72 hours.
