CAN urges Gov Kefas to expand cabinet to ease unemployment in Taraba

The Chairman of the Taraba State chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Rev Isaiah Jirapye Magaji, has called on the state governor, Dr. Agbu Kefas, to appoint more persons into his cabinet. He said this would go a long way in reducing the unemployment that is presently bedeviling the state.

He made the called at the weekend at the thanksgiving service in commemoration of the governor's one year in office. Speaking through his vice, Bishop Phillip Isaac, he said the governor's silence in the appointment of special advisers, and special assistants, have made many politicians that worked for him during the election stranded. In his remark, Kefas expressed gratitude to God for his emergence as Governor of Taraba State and pledged to ensure grassroot development in all communities in the state.
