Governor Agbu Kefas of Taraba State has assured the people of the state that the forthcoming congress of the Peoples Democratic Party will be free of rancor. Speaking through the party's spokesperson, Andetarang Iramae, shortly after his meeting with the state working committee of the party on Wednesday in Jalingo, the state capital, he expressed confidence that more people would soon abandon their political parties and embrace the PDP .
Assuring the people of the readiness of the party to organize free and transparent congresses, the party's leadership in the state, as made known by him, is committed to bringing rapid development to all parts of the state. He maintained that his leadership would positively impact the lives of the people, hence the need for all Tarabans, irrespective of political parties, to support him to succeed.
