DAILY POST reports that Tinubu , in the cabinet shake-up, discharged about five ministers while retaining appointees from Benue —Senator George Akume , Secretary to the Government of the Federation, and Professor Joseph Utsev , Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation. According to Philip Agbese, Spokesperson for the caucus, the recent cabinet reshuffle , which retained both leaders in their positions, attests to their exceptional abilities and President Bola Tinubu 's confidence in them.
