Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has broken his silence on alleged tensions with his political benefactor, Rabiu Kwankwaso. The clarification comes amid reports of a rift between Governor Yusuf and Kwankwaso, with claims that the governor is under pressure to distance himself from Kwankwaso’s influence in governing the state.In a midnight interview with journalists at Government House on Wednesday night, Yusuf denied the rumours.
