The Inspector General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, on Thursday ordered the review of the allegation against Abba Kyari, Deputy Commissioner of Police
Kyari, who is the head of the Intelligence Response Team , was linked to fraudster, Hushpuppi, whose name is Ramon Abass.
