BREAKING: Appeal Court Upholds Oshiomhole’s Suspension As APC National Chairman

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Tuesday affirmed the suspension of Comrade Adams Oshiomole as a member and National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress .

The court also withdrew his rights and privileges as National Chairman of the party including his security details. In the judgment on the second appeal delivered by Justice Mohammed Lamido, the court disagreed with Comrade Oshiomhole that their right to a fair hearing was breached by the trial court.
