BREAKING: Appeal upholds Oshiomhole’s suspension as APC National Chairman
Recall that Oshiomhole had approached the appellate court following a ruling by an FCT High Court on March 4, which granted an application by six members of the APC in Edo StateJustice Danlami Senchi had ordered that Oshiomhole to step down as APC Chairman pending the determination of the substantive suit seeking his perpetual removal.
However, a three-member panel of the Appeal Court led by Justice Monica Dongban-Mensem, Tuesday, upheld the High Court judgement.
