The Bank of Industry (BOI) is seeking a qualified Economic Empowerment Specialist to support the implementation of the Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (IDICE) program, funded by the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB).
The Bank of Industry (BOI) has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) for the Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (IDICE) program. The BOI intends to apply part of this financing for consultant services , specifically for an Economic Empowerment Specialist.
The specialist will provide technical assistance in implementing the Non-Interest Finance framework, build internal capacity on Non-Interest Finance, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and best practices. The assignment is for one year and is expected to start in January 2025. The BOI invites eligible Individual Consultants to express their interest in providing these services. Interested Consultants must provide information demonstrating their qualifications, including relevant experience in the region and sector. The shortlist will be drawn up based on an evaluation of CVs and submitted information, including references. A consultant will be selected according to the selection method for Individual Consultants as defined in the ISDB Guidelines for the Procurement of Consultant Services under ISDB Project Financing, effective April 2019 (Revised February 2023)
