THE three-man All Progressives Congress National Committee on the sale of Ward Congress application forms in Delta State, is said to be stranded at the party secretariat in Asaba.A member of the Delta State Caretaker Committee of the party, however, accused the Caretaker chairman, Jones Erue and Mr Nick Ovuakporie, who are loyalists to the Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege, of hijacking the materials.
This was contained in a press statement read by the state Deputy Chairman, Elvis Ayomanor, flanked by the Secretary, Caretaker Committee, Okonji Chidi, and the State Organising Secretary, Amorighoye Mene.
