The national leadership of the All Progressives Congress has said it will reform and strengthen the party in Rivers State to ensure it takes control of the Government House in 2023.
Buni, who spoke on Saturday during the official opening of the party’s new state secretariat in Port Harcourt and the reception of new members from other political parties, said the new secretariat of the party marked the beginning of the APC’s victory in the oil-rich state. He said, “Let me thank our resilient supporters in Rivers State for the strength and commitment they have all deployed to the success of this party in Rivers State.
“This party will decide the fate of Rivers people and we shall do that with the love of God and with the belief that we want to better Rivers State.”
