A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ward 3 in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State, Barr. Emmanuel Degema Ophiemu, has dumped
The legal practitioner said his move is to form a formidable strength to wrestle power from the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, and the APC in Ughelli South, Delta Central, and Delta State at large.
Barr. Ophiemu said he left the APC because of their marginalization towards the people of Ewu axis especially the riverine Communities. “As a young progressing man of my nature, I cannot be seen to join a party that does not recognize the effectiveness of youths in Ughelli South, Delta Central and Delta State in general.
Meanwhile the YPP in Ughelli South Local Government Area, led by Rev. Omogor Emmanuel, held its first meeting at the Jeremi Civic Centre today.
