Abba Yusuf's aide resigns appointment, defects to APC

Abdulrahman Mai-Kadama, senior special assistant to Abba Yusuf, governor of Kano, has resigned his appointment.The politician, who was the SSA to the governor on entrepreneurship, announced his defection on Wednesday in Abuja, after a meeting with Barau Jibrin, deputy senate president.

“Another plus for the All Progressives Congress as a top shot of the New Nigeria People’s Party , Kwankwasiyya movement, Abdulrahman Mai Kadama Kwankwasiyya joined the party,” the statement reads.“Today, Mai Kadama Kwankwasiyya was in my residence in Abuja, where he dumped the red cap and joined the largest political party in Africa, APC.
