Comedian, Oluwaseyitan Aletile, popularly known as Seyi Law, has launched a search for an online troll who threatened him over his political affiliation
Recall that the comedian had in March 2nd tendered an apology to followers and supporters of opposition parties he offended during his campaign for Tinubu.
His apology came after the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, declared the All Progressives Congress, APC, flagbearer as the winner of the just concluded 2023 general election. The comedian, however, in a new post shared on his Instagram page Thursday evening, cried out over a distasteful email received by his wife, Ebere, from a troll.
A screenshot captured the troll threatening to make life uncomfortable for the comedian’s family in the UK where they reside. Adding that his daughter would also lose her life.He said: “First, I want to appreciate those who reached out to me. I have started working to bring this person to book. And to those who still think the situation is an opportunity to mock me, please enjoy your moment. I chose to ignore the threat before, but an incident warranted me posting it. Check the date.
“God willing when the person is found. I hope I won’t be accused of intimidation or oppression. God bless you.”

Food prices continue to rise in March – NBSThe National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), said that prices of food items such as yam, beans and beef witnessed increases in March. This is contained in NBS Selected Food Prices Watch Report for March 2023 released in Abuja on Wednesday. The report said the average price of 1kg beef boneless on a year-on-year basis, increased by 25.05 per cent from N1, 982.92 in March 2022 to N2, 479.61 in March 2023. “On a month-on-month basis, 1kg beef boneless increased by 1.38 per cent from N2, 445.96 recorded in February 2023.” The report also said the average price of 1kg of tomato on a year-on-year basis, rose by 13.81 per cent from N409.96 in March 2022 to N466.60 in March 2023. “However, on a month-on-month basis, 1kg of tomato declined by 0.32 per cent from N468.09 recorded in February 2023.
