About 17 Corps members deployed to Edo State for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) have been admitted to the hospital after they showed symptoms of

The corps members were taken to Stella Obasanjo Hospital on Sapele Road, Benin, Edo State for treatment.

Also the Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps Personal Assistant, Mr. Ozeto Waheed, in the State, said the 17 Corps members mobilised to serve in the state have not been confirmed to be carrying COVID-19 Delta variant. He added that those who tested positive for the virus were usually transferred to the isolation centre.
