The Lagos State Government has announced the discharge of 17 coronavirus patients from the isolation facilities at Yaba, Gbagada and LUTH in the state.
The announcement was made by the Lagos State Ministry of Health via its Twitter account on Wednesday. The ministry stated that the patient’s 6 females and 11 males all Nigerians were discharged after showing full recovery from the virus. The tweet read, “ 17 COVID19Lagos patients; six females and 11 males, all Nigerians have been discharged from our Yaba, LUTH and Gbagada Isolation facilities to reunite with the society.
“The patients; seven from mainland infectious disease hospital, Yaba, four from Gbagada and 6 from LUTH Isolation Centres have fully recovered & tested negative twice consecutively to COVID19.”Residents are advised to stay home and stay safe.”
