Zindzi Mandela’s son reveals she tested positive for COVID-19 before her death
Zindzi Mandela, the youngest daughter of South Africa’s ex-president, Nelson Mandela, tested positive for coronavirus before she died.
Her son, Zondwa Mandela made this known while speaking with South Africa’s public broadcast station, SABC, on Thursday but didn’t state if it was what caused her death on Monday, July 13.”Although, this doesn’t, therefore, mean that she died of COVID-related complications, but simply that she tested positive for it.
”Simply by the virtue that there was a positive test, we are, therefore, obligated to function and work within the framework of the existing regulation related to such cases.”
