The Zamfara State Commissioner of Police, Kolo Yusuf has deployed an additional tactical team to women and children recently kidnapped by bandits.
According to him, bandits fleeing along the Kucheri-Wanzamai-Gidan Chida axis in Tsafe Local Government Area of Zamfara State kidnapped women and children in the area.
DAILY POST also learnt that a few days before the mass abduction, a team of military operatives neutralised four suspected bandits during an operation in Gidan Damo community of Tsafe Local Government Area.
