The governor on Thursday flagged off the construction of 11.65-kilometre-long roads in the towns of Rawayya, Furfuri, and Kurya Madaro in Bungudu and Kaura Namoda local government areas of the state.
reports that Bauhaus Global Investment Nigeria Limited has been awarded the contract for the 11.65 km road for N6.6 billion. The governor said that the project is expected to be completed within 12 months. While flagging off the road construction, Governor Lawal said the rural and urban infrastructure deficit has significantly contributed to the state's lack of development.
