The O-SPYUK organization expresses concern over the neglect of youths in Osun State under the administration of Governor Adeleke. Many youths are leaving the state due to the lack of engaging programs and empty promises from the government.
The Nation recalled that Adeleke upon his inauguration in November 2022 sacked 20,000 workers using Executive Order, stating the at they were illegally employed.
H added: “The sacking of 20,000 youths from the Osun Youth Empowerment Scheme, teaching jobs among others by the current administration without replacement for over two years now is scary. This is dangerous and their idleness may threaten the peace that we are enjoying in Osun State because an idle hand is the devil’s workshop.
