The PUNCH reported on Monday that the Commandant General of the NSCDC, Ahmed Audi, advised oil thieves in all producing areas to exit the country.
Oscar further highlighted the exemplary leadership of Audi since assuming office and acknowledged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s support in empowering the Corps to effectively execute its duties.
“Audi has worked assiduously in the fight against oil theft and illegal oil bunkering. The menace has been reduced, especially in South-South and South-East. He has eliminated the soot that was disturbing Rivers State and other states of the Niger Delta as a result of the success against illegal bunkering in the area,” Oscar said.
