President Muhammadu Buhari has expressed confidence that Yobe State’s Governor Mai Mala Buni will perform better in his second term of office.
Buhari stated this when he hosted Gov Buni who visited to present his certificate of return to him in Aso Rock Villa, Abuja. A statement made available to newsmen by Gov Buni’s media aide, Mamman Mohammed, indicated that President Buhari congratulated the governor over his victory in the governorship election and also wished him a successful tenure with more dividends of democracy to the people of Yobe State.
President Buhari lauded Buni for his excellent performance in his first term which made the people of Yobe State to vote for him for another term of office. “I was impressed with the projects you executed which l inaugurated during my visit to Yobe State early this year,” Buhari said.
