He said the latest such crime was the arrest of one Mallam Auwalu Haruna for allegedly abducting and impregnating a 20-year-old girl.
According to him, the medical examination revealed that the victim was two months pregnant and that she confessed to being coerced to drink a medicinal concoction, which rendered her unconscious and vulnerable to the perpetrator's actions. He added that the State CID has launched an investigation into the incident.
