Yobe People ‘Prayed And Fasted For Me’ To Be Senate President – Lawan

“The people of Yobe State, across political shades, prayed and fasted for me to be elected into the office of President of the Senate, and I’m happy we were able to make it,” the lawmaker was quoted as saying in a statement from the media office of the Senate President. He said, “I want to urge them to continue to pray for us at the National Assembly, particularly in the Senate, for us to continue to perform optimally.
