Xenophobia: Nigeria Is Recalling Its High Commissioner To South Africa – Lai Mohammed.

The Minister of Information, Mr Lai Mohammed says the Federal Government is recalling the country’s high commissioner to South Africa.

He mentioned this today at a press conference at the nation’s capital Abuja where he reiterated the government’s commitment to protecting Nigerians abroad. He however pleaded with Nigerians to remain calm and stop attacking South African businesses across the nation.Meanwhile, the Nigerian Consul General to South Africa Mr Goodwin Adama says the Commission is yet to receive any form of communication or recall on the matter.More on Headlines
