Manchester United legend, Roy Keane, has identified Fred as the weak point in Brazil’s squad to the 2022 World Cup.
He believes that the South Americans would put up a strong performance at the mundial but fears the Manchester United midfielder represents their weak spot. Fred has been a subject of criticism for pundits and Manchester United fans alike and is expected to feature prominently in the Selecao as they hope to win a first World Cup since 2002.
Keane told Sky Bet: “I want to see how well Brazil are going to do, I’ve got a strong feeling for them.When Gary Neville told him that Fred and Casemiro would man the Brazil midfield, Keane added, “There you go. It’s the weak spot!. But they’ve got other players who can cover that.”
