Women World Cup: Nigerian Govt sends message to Super Falcons
Mr Olusade, Adesola, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youths and Sports Development said this on Friday in Abuja when organisers of Miss Football Nigeria, an NGO paid him a courtesy visit.
He said the Federal Government would continue to support them while reiterating the need for them to be dedicated and patriotic.“We were delighted when they eventually qualified yesterday for the next round and we wish them success,” he said. “We also wish the Super Eagles success at the AFCON, there is no short cut to hard work so they must be at their best to make us proud,” he added.
Adesola said the ministry would continue to work with relevant stakeholders to developing sports in the country.
