Wike endorses Senator_Akpabio for senate president, says ‘it’s pay back time’ | TheCable
May 23, 2023 10:30 PMNyesom Wike, governor of Rivers state, has endorsed Godswill Akpabio, a former minister of Niger Delta affairs, for the position of senate president.
“This is the time for me to support him because he supported me when I wanted to be the governor of Rivers State,” Wike was quoted as saying. “This is pay back time for him. I will stand by him until he emerges as the next senate president. Our team would soon meet to take a position on your aspiration.”
