Casemiro has revealed his name has been spelt wrong his whole career in a surprising revelation about himself.
According to Talksports, the Brazilian midfielder has become one of the world’s best over the last few years, showing his class for Real Madrid and is doing the same at Manchester United since his move in the summer.
However, he has now revealed that his name has been spelt wrong his whole career, and he only kept it that way because he is incredibly superstitious.“I remember that I played a game for Sao Paulo and the club got my name wrong. They wrote it with an ‘E’. I played really well in that game and as I’m a superstitious person, I said to them, ‘Just leave it like that, as things are going well!”
