Why I lost my bid for a House of Representative seat – Double amputee, Lanshima
Vitalis Lanshima is a double-amputee who contested for the seat of Jos North/Bassa federal constituency under the platform of Social Democratic Party . He lost out to Haruna Maitala of All Progressives Congress during the last National Assembly elections. In this interview with Benue/Plateau Chronicle, Lanshima, a former councilman of District 21, Louisville, Kentucky in USA, speaks on the lessons he has learnt and factors responsible for his defeat in the election.
