The first female governorship aspirant in Imo state, Dr Chidi Omeogu-Ogbuta , under African Action Congress has urged Imo State citizens and it’s residents to shun men who are aspiring to seize power as governor for their self-interest in Imo State and vote a woman for a better Imo state.
I’ve no experience when it comes to looting of resources and denying citizens their basic rights, I only come from the humanitarian perspective and it is on bridging the gap of inequities mission in the state. The basic difference between me and the cabals who want to be governor is that while The cabals wants to grab power to fulfil their desires, to hold and wield the power for personal purposes, ego and self- interest.They want power as an end in itself.
“We have been ruled by men who have failed us, we should try women; people with motherly heart and compassionate spirit to better IMO State.
