What Buhari said about Boko Haram, Shettima in Borno
Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari has expressed happiness with the level of development in Borno State despite the crises of Boko Haram.
Buhari said he was particularly impressed with development in the education sector as well as industrial, health, agricultural and road projects, which he commissioned today in Maiduguri. The President also said, the federal government was aware that the state government had sponsored some Chibok abducted schoolgirls into various secondary and tertiary institutions both within and outside Nigeria to acquire standard and quality education.
He said, “All that have been achieved in the state including relative peace and growth could not have been achieved in the state without the support of President Buhari.”
