Bra Ngwe Irigwe, Rt Rev Ronku Aka, the paramount ruler of Irigwe nation in Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State, tells JAMES ABRAHAM about the unique things about his people, his experience as a traditional ruler, among othersI think God has been faithful and kind to me and my people since I became a traditional ruler. This is so despite the challenges we have gone through collectively.
As a people, we have been passing through a difficult period, especially in recent times particularly with the crisis in many parts of our domain. But we believe that God will never leave or forsake his people because He has promised us. I’m a Christian and I’ve been a pastor in my community for almost 30 years. I can say that I know my people very well. And when you know them very well, leading them becomes an easy task, although not so easy.
