The Oyo State House of Assembly has asked the Commissioner-nominees to come to the Assembly with copies of their achievements. Speaker of the State

The Oyo State House of Assembly has asked the Commissioner-nominees to come to the Assembly with copies of their achievements.Ogundoyin spoke during a plenary of the House which was held in Ibadan, the state capital. The list included names of those who had earlier served as Commissioners in the last two years.

The Speaker noted that the House was not interested in the curriculum vitae of the nominees but was only interested in the reports of their achievements.Ogundoyin, who spoke after reading a letter from the Governor requesting for the seven Commissioners to be screened and considered for reappointment, noted that the nominees should be concerned about their previous achievements rather than coming to the house with their certificates.

“The seven returning Commissioners have been screened before by the Oyo State House of Assembly. We have their relevant documents and certificates with us. “However, I will employ them to come and give us progress reports of their activities and other plans they have to move Oyo State forward. We are looking forward to seeing them in the House,” he stated.
