The Nation reported the upcoming box office queen angered many when she premiered her movie and awarded transgender, Bobrisky the Best Dressed Female.
The singular act got on the nerves of many Nigerians who called out the organisers and the judges describing it a slap on women at the event. Taking to TikTok live, Eniola begged Nigerians to watch her movie, saying that she didn’t want to be in debt as she didn’t have anything and sold off her properties to finance the project. According to her: “Tell everybody to go out for me, don’t let me be in debt, I don’t have anything. All I had was what I put into this project.
“I plead with Nigerians in the name of God, help me go out. This is a film that the whole industry came out to watch and they gave good reviews.
