Sir: I’m writing with a heavy heart to captivate the attention of the Bauchi State government and other stakeholders to hurriedly come to the aid of the cracked nearly collapsed and dilapidated Warji General Hospital.
The constraint of the Warji General Hospital is extremely worrisome and devastating as it is the only moderate medical facility attending to the need of about 250,000 inhabitants in the area for the last 15 years.
The hospital situation has thrown multiple lives in danger due to the unhealthy environment, poor medical equipment and personnel. Despite the problem bedevilling the hospital, it seems to be their last option when seeking medical attention. Imagine how they live their life with no standard medical facility!
Therefore, when you calculate the above years mentioned, one would learn that the hospital is no longer beneficial to the people of the Warji Local Council rather than a hideout of rodents and other dangerous animals.
