Some lockdown defaulters who were part of those rounded up in Port Harcourt and Obio/Akpor Local Government areas of Rivers State on May 7th were forced to sing the ‘Coronavirus song‘ after their arrest.

It should be recalled that Governor of the state, Nyesom Wike had imposed a total lockdown in the local governments, following the increased cases of Coronavirus in the area. Some young men who were apprehended yesterday, were captured on Camera, singing “Corona bye bye o” after being forced to sit at a spot.

It is however unknown whether or not they were taken to an isolation center in the state for Quarantine.
