Now, just recently, on November 3rd, UTSA got a report of a suspicious man at the same housing complex.We spoke to a sophomore at UTSA, who didn't want to be on camera. She feels uneasy living at University Oaks, especially at night, and takes precautions by walking with friends. Taylor Waddill, a UTSA freshman living at University Oaks says the reported sexual assault was right below her apartment.
