Nigeria’s former Minister of Education, Obiageli Ezekwesili, has called for forensic Investigation into the alleged forgery of 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination of one Miss Ejikeme Mmesoma. Mmesoma, who claimed to have scored the highest in the 2023 UTME results with a total aggregate of 362 has been described as fake by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), the issuing authorities.

Reacting to the trending accusations, Ezekwesili who took to her twitter handle, to demand for a thorough investigation, adding that listening to Mmesoma in the video, where she narrated her own side of the story, it showed the need for a forensic-investigation to help reveal what really happened. "An Independent investigation would turn this curious episode into a Learning Opportunity for @JAMBHQ and everyone, especially students.
