In a bid to ensure governance, data-driven transparency and citizen participation, a non-profit organisation, Urban Alert, has said that it will ensure

Osun State residents are able to monitor all projects facilitated by senators and the House of Representative members from the state.

This was revealed by Urban Alert’s team lead, Anthony Adejuwon, during an advocacy visit to the Resident Commissioner of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission at his Osun State Office, on Monday. “Many residents are unaware of these projects and many of the projects have been personalised by their facilitators.

“The visit offered the Urban Alert team and the ICPC the opportunity to deliberate on key issues surrounding corruption in public project execution and the need to form a formidable force to fight these issues.
