has predicted people from Nottingham up to Worksop in north Nottinghamshire will experience snow flurries as we reach the end of the week.
Areas hit by heavier snowfall could be significantly disrupted, and the yellow warning is in place for most of the UK. In a series of Twitter posts, the Met Office said: "A battle between cold Arctic air and milder Atlantic air will result in disruptive #snow in some areas this week. Most of theResidents in Mapperley saw some light snowfall on Wednesday morning , with other parts of the county having flurries yesterday then shifts further north on Thursday and Friday.
