“I have always said that whether we are talking about Biafra or unknown gunmen, what the Federal Government owes the people of the South-East to stop all these agitations is to dialogue with us,” Nwodo told“There is no demand in the South-East today which the Federal Government cannot meet, but it has stoutly refused to dialogue with us.
