As part of its corporate social responsibility, the Federal University, Gashu’a has through the state COVID-19 committee, donated foodstuff worth N500,000 to its host communities in Bade Local Government Area of Yobe State.The Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Andrew Haruna, said the donation was to complement the efforts of the state government to curtail the negative effect of COVID-19 pandemic the state.
